Acceptable premises in the area of the industrial estate of San Sebastián de los Reyes, now taken over by restaurants. They have a closed menu for 25 euros and several main dishes on the menu. We tried several first steps to share, tickets, tuna tartare, aubergines and artichokes and then a small portion of turbot. All rich. They have wines that are out of the ordinary with a contained price, about 25 euros. They have a spacious room inside but we ate on the terrace, small but shady and well equipped. Overall quite good.
Cow bouquets, sauce scrubs, home bacons. to every richest dish. My favorite part was the mashed of truffles that accompanied the carrillas. Delicious! the restaurant is about 40€ per person, but if you enter the fork, the vast majority of days have a discount of 50 so it is very accessible. the restaurant is very nice and also has a little wine, so if you get dinner with a good wine, you can also enjoy it.
Good attention and very good food. They give you potatoes with a spicy paprika sauce for an appetizer that are really good. I don't give it 4 stars because, although everything is very good, the price of the dishes seems to me to be a bit high. We went with a 50% discount for the fork and it cost around 30 euros per person. Highly recommended if you want to treat yourself.

One of the best red (blue fin) tuna in Madrid. Awesome fresh fish (try the monk fish) and great stews (their “fabada” has won several prizes). If you are around you really need to come here
Not very good customer service with half of the restaurant empty. The menu says steak tartar , but it is a cooked piece of meat. My plate had a poor presentation
Really good food and the pastel de morcilla was game changing nothing I would expect. I had fish (rape) it was a little hard but the taste was good.
