The burger used to taste phenomenal. I’m a student and I come everyday. They changed the customer service. The lady seemed like she was high from weed or something. She couldn’t process anything I was saying. She got mad at me and put so much sauce in the burger to take revenge. I told her to get the manager and the manager was also another student. The burger is 4.99 and she lied to my face and said it’s 6.99 and would not give me the receipt. I told the manager to give me the receipt and he did and he saw that she charged me twice for the milkshake. I told him to apologize and not just refund me but he shut the window. This is absurd.
I went through the drive-thru and unfortunately, the staff seems to have difficulty understanding what a plain cheeseburger is. My son is quite particular and only wants the cheese and patty. I make this request clear every time we visit, but for the past three visits, they still haven’t gotten it right. Each time, there has been either mustard or ketchup added. It shouldn't be too difficult to remember.
I was visiting from out of town and encountered an early closing time. The employee had a dismissive attitude, claiming they were too busy even though we were the only ones in line. When I mentioned that this was the fourth time they had closed early and that I might reach out to their head office, she responded with an unhelpful "What do you want?" and a nasty look. I will definitely not be returning.
fast Eddie's holds it down as the best fast food place in the area. the prices always remain reasonable no matter the economy and the menu remains the same with some new great options. addicted to the pickle fries definitely recommend trying them if you haven't yet. the service is always friendly and speedy.Food: 5/5 Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

Go there sometimes really like the frys not a big fan of the monkey shake but that's just preference the burgers atleast don't taste like cardboard so that's a positive (sorry mcdonalds) other than parking not bad of a place
I don't know why there isn't one of these next to every McDonald's destroying their business with the fries alone. Such great food, fair prices, fast clean friendly service. Pickle fries are heavenly ?Food: 5/5

Sat in drive thru for 10 mins and no order was taken so no fast eddies for me who ever works on Stanley St in brantford at 12 28 pm shouldn't be working there
