We usually go to the location in San Ramon , however my Aunt wanted to try this location. The restaurant was located in a very nice plaza and the decor was very nice , however , the food didn’t compare. The pancakes were dry and tasteless even with butter and syrup. The hash browns were cooked on the top undercooked in the middle, the bacon was very overcooked and dry and when they replaced the bacon after I complained, they came back with very undercooked bacon.. smh .the wait staff was friendly and attentive however, there was a general manager owner accountant who knows who she was she sat in office at the back of the restaurant where were seated that could use some customer service as sh...

Our server was phenomenal and the food was great. I love Fat Maddie 's outdoor seating- the lights and duck pond create an inviting atmosphere. The food took a little while to come, but when it did arrive, my friends and I enjoyed our meals. Also, the bartender makes a good drink. I recommend F.M.
