First time here and I?m immediately blown away by the customer service. I?m always trying new places and have been planning to come here for some time and I?m glad that I did! I made sure to get his name because he was just that attentive. Peter, wasamazing. Not only did he immediately greet us, but after letting him know that it was our first time here, he suggested an arrayof items to try. Trust me the menu is hard to choose from because everything sounds delicious. Items you may not be a fan of,you can easily substitute or remove. We went with three of their specialty Fat Sandwiches and desserts. I forgot to get fries,but I will definitely add next time because I?ll surely be back. Hands...
Came here for a birthday dinner. We must have been on the early side of their rush because we were the only people here. The food came out quickly and looked delicious. I suggest ordering extra sauce or condiments on your sandwich as the fries make it kind of dry. Also they are super filling so you can order less than typical. The small size is plenty. Their fries are incredible! The employees were polite and even checked ingredient labels on product packaging for those of us with allergies. The bathrooms are clean but maybe not the most accessible for those in need. All the ordering is done via an iPad kiosk rather than face to face.
I visited Fat Shack on a Sunday afternoon around 2 PM, and the place was nearly empty. When I walked in, I saw one employee relaxing on a beanbag while another was working behind the counter. Every table was dirty, and there was trash on the floor. The bathroom was also in poor condition, with garbage scattered near the employee who was lounging and not making any effort to clean up. I had to ask for our table to be wiped down before we could eat. The drink machine was also neglected, with flies and gnats around the tea dispenser. The only positives were the food quality and the reasonably good customer service.
Dined in on a Sunday afternoon around 2, wasn't busy at all. I walked in and an employee was lounging on a beanbag another was behind the counter. Every table was completely dirty trash was on the floor and the bathroom was filthy. Trash was sittingbeside and around the lounging employee. He never picked it up BTW. I had to ask them to wipe off the table so we would be ableto eat. The drink machine also needed attention, flies and Nats were around the tea dispenser. The only saving grace was thefood and descent customer service.

Charming spot that stays open late. We chose to dine in, and while I found the prices a bit steep—$8.99 for a burger without fries—the food was delicious and served hot. My son tried the deep-fried brownies and absolutely loved them! The only thing that would have made the experience even better is if they served margaritas.
The food was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious! They generously apply sauce to the wings, and the garlic Parmesan sauce is far superior to any competitors. Plus, they’re open until 3 AM, perfect for those late-night outings. You won't be disappointed with the quality of food at this place!

Overall, my visit to Fat Shack was enjoyable. Although I asked for no mayo on my burger, it was still included, and the burger was a little too pink for my preference. Nevertheless, the meal was tasty, and I’m eager to explore more items on their menu next time.

The staff at Fat Shack were incredibly kind and patient, especially since it was our first visit. The portion sizes exceeded our expectations! We thoroughly enjoyed the tasty food. We're also happy that it's open late.
