Review for FatDuck Tavern Grill: I recently revisited FatDuck Tavern Grill and I'm sad to say that my experience was not as satisfying as it used to be in the past. Over the years, there have been noticeable declines in different aspects of the restaurant. The food, which used to be a highlight, has suffered from a decline in quality. While the wings and burgers still manage to stand out as decent options, they no longer carry the same appeal that they once did. My husband and I were wandering around Madison Street when we stumbled upon the Day Duck. We initially stopped for a drink, but after looking at the menu, we decided to stay for a meal. We ordered the pulled pork and sliced brisket sampler, upgrading to truffle fries. The meal also came with coleslaw, which wasn’t your typical slaw and I wasn’t a huge fan of it, but the rest of the food was fantastic—the brisket was absolutely to die for! I would definitely return to try the brisket sandwich. We also ordered the Hawaiian pizza, which was extremely delicious!

Duck Fat fries—truly the best fries you'll ever taste. At FatDuck, they’re served with three delicious sauces: roasted garlic aioli, Mexican pesto, and chipotle ketchup. You can't go wrong with their house-smoked meats. The brisket platter is generously portioned. If you prefer your brisket without sauce, just ask for it on the side. The smoked wings were fantastic as well. We visited on a Sunday, and they had $5 Bloody Marys all day long. Yes, please! If I didn't have to travel so much, this could easily become my Sunday ritual!

I don 't eat out regularly so when I do eat out I am judgemental. This place was great. We ate various items and each one hit the spot. When out for lunch I typically order a cheeseburger. It was promptly prepared and smelled great. I was impressed! It was practically perfect as was the fries, cooked in duck fat. Others ordered their Grilled Chopped Chicken salad and Smoked Chicken Wings. We all enjoyed our food and the ambience from eating in the outer area on a nice summer day. Thanks FatDuck! Went for an early dinner. They had a nice heated tent outside, tho it wasn't on till halfway through our visit and you could feel the difference. We had burgers and sandwiches but were mostly looking forward to the fries. One of us couldn't even eat thefries they were dripping in grease. There was a pool of it at the bottom of their plate. Burgers and pulled pork were okay.

Just landed from la la land and I needed some actual food. Not some juice cleanse peddled by the Hollywood elites. My Boi Jake took me here and I was very pleased. They got those fries oh baby those fries. The margarita was strong. Great service caring staff. What a place!

Our volleyball team ate here and the food was great. Plenty of room to accommodate 15 of us. The chicken wings was great. Seasoned fries and Mac and cheese was also a winner. Will defiantly come back here next time we come visit the Windy City

In the area for some client work and asked coworker which place in area must try. He recommended this place and didn’t disappoint. Fries were awesome and Buffalo chicken wrap was great as well. Fantastic service! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

The food was excellent! I started with the Smoked Wings with Ranch as an appetizer and ordered the Duck Fat Burger for my main course. For drinks, I enjoyed two Coconut Crushes. I will definitely be coming back!

Great food, good prices, good drinks! Little dark inside but besides that anytime.
