My experience at Faubourg Weehawken was disappointing. The service was lacking, and the quality of the food did not live up to the restaurant's upscale reputation. Additionally, there was a 3% credit card surcharge. I also observed unsettling kitchen practices—one employee threw away part of an ingredient but still used the remainder in dishes, while another handled food and a cellphone without proper hygiene measures. This is not a place I would choose to return to. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Price per person: $100. The menu failed to impress given the overall experience.
