We have visited multiple Fazoli's locations across the country, and I have never seen one run as smoothly as this one. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, the food presentation was excellent, the dishes were delicious and served hot, plenty of breadsticks were provided, and the restaurant was impeccably clean. What stood out the most was the amazing morale and team spirit among the staff. It was clear that they genuinely enjoyed working together. Despite being very busy, they handled it flawlessly. If we find ourselves in the area again, we will definitely return!
Came to fazoli's for lunch today with a friend. We were greeted by the nicest waitress. Her name was Brenda. She was exceptional. She made sure we had everything we needed and returned to check on us several times. We were shocked to learn that she had only been employed with Fazoli's less than two weeks. She definitely is an asset to your company. The manager Greg was also very nice and helpful when we asked how to leave a review. We will definitely be back!
We have been eating out alot lately while traveling from Florida to Minnesota and now back to Florida. This is by far the best food we've had. Compared to Chinese food, Cracker Barrell, Long John Silvers, and many others. Keep up the good work We love your food! Will definitely recommend!
The manager went above and beyond today for my family. Everyone was so nice. We ordered a 4-6 person meal and it was stocked with all the silver wear and utensils, and breadsticks came with. We were even given a sweet note along with our food. We’ll definitely be back. Thank y’all!!

My food was absolutely delicious. The service was better than I've had in 5 star dining. The young man who made my experience the best was polite, helpful, and happy to do his job. This young man did his job with a smile despite his having to walk to work due to weather.
I have rediscovered Fazoli's and am so glad I did! Food is really yummy and service is the best. I highly recommend it!

Fettuccine tasted stale/moldy. The quality has fallen way off recently. Too bad.
