I have visited various Fazoli's locations across the country and have always enjoyed the good food at a reasonable price. The restaurants are consistently clean and well-maintained, and the service is decent. However, I must say that the service at this particular location exceeded my expectations. Everyone who assisted us was pleasant, helpful, friendly, and attentive. We were warmly greeted with smiling faces upon arrival. Special thanks to Sherrie for ensuring our order was correct and for being so friendly.
The service was excellent and the young woman Olivia was such a breath of fresh air . We ordered take out and everything was correct . If I have one thing negative it's that I ordered 2 -10 piece Nashville Hot traditional wings . One order was great but the 2nd order seemed small and old . But other than that it was a great experience . Will definitely recommend to my friends and will return .

This place is great every time we come! Maddie took our order and she was great! The food came out quick and was fresh! Everything came out how it was ordered without any issues!! The other employees were quick to help out any way they could, and promptly cleaned up when people left. The place was clean and orderly, and things seems to operate like it should. Our food is always hot, fresh, and done right. We typically order for carry out, but today we used the drive through and Kendra was amazing. She was knowledgeable about the menu. Her customer service skills were fantastic and she made sure everything we could need was included with our order. We definitely appreciate her hard work and will be back soon!
I recently dined at Fazoli's for the first time and was pleasantly surprised to find that I could enjoy delicious Italian food in a fast food setting. The food at the Cartersville location was fresh, hot, and flavorful. The prices were very reasonable, the restaurant was clean, and the staff was friendly. I will definitely be coming back.

The bread sticks I was recommend by Lydia were so good!! She is friendly and I can tell she is genuine in making sure the customer is satisfied with their meal. She was fast and efficient, not to mention nicest I have been treated in a drive through in a long time. Food was warm and yummy?
