The restaurant has changed its name to Fellas Chicken, but I would still recommend avoiding it. My first visit was just okay, with the chicken being decent but the chips being awful. The service was average. On my second visit, the burger was good but the chips were once again disappointing. The service was okay. On my third visit, I had to substitute my food as wings were not available, which was fine. However, after paying, I was informed that they were closing soon (over an hour before the stated closing time on Google and the shop front). I ordered a 6 piece bucket meal and the chicken appeared to be fine until I bit into it; the inside clearly revealed the food to be uncooked in comparison to other pieces which seemed fine. Around 50% of the chicken was uncooked and it has begun to make me feel ill... I phoned to request a full refund and at first the staff member told me the manager would call me back. After a long wait I called again demanding to speak to a manager about the chicken to which the staff member laughed and said he would call later. My son ordered a takeaway on Friday 10th August. When it arrived the chicken was bright pink. He rang them and they said they’d investigate and sort him out a refund. STILL AWAITING REFUND Have rang the shop a few times and the manager is never there. The lady who answers the phone says she will pass on my message for him to ring me but nothing. There is no landline number for the business just a mobile. Also worryingly the lady didn’t know which complaint i was referring to as they seem to have a lot! AVOID!!!
Often pop in there if I'm hungry and in a hurry. Pretty good selection for a fast food outlet and everything seems to be cooked to order. Can't ever remember being disappointed with anything but I generally stick to a roller or chicken fillets. Some of the staff can come across as being a bit disinterested, but I'll most probably call in if Alissa is working, she's been there since it opened and certainly knows how to provide good customer service. We stop there after shoping. We want order something fast, well we were waiting a bit long . This is fast food ? Forget !!! Staff not realy friendly, food was very very very bad ! I can write and write, but i will just loose the time. In one word: is very bed food and very bad service. The taste of food was horrible, the chicken smell full of burn oil .
I found Felix chicken on Just Eat app. Decided I wanted KFC but couldn't be bothered to drive there. So I gambled and went for Felix Chicken... I was pleasantly surprised!! The chicken tasted good the batter was solid and crunchy. I've ordered from here a few times since. Cheaper than KFC too!
I visited Grill n Crispy, also known as Felix Chicken, in Peterborough town and returned to college with my meal. I ordered 2 pieces of chicken and chips, but when I bit into the chicken, it was pink. Chicken should never be pink! I will never eat there again. Disgusting experience.
My wife swore by this place and the Greek salad and amazing chicken. I love chicken and bought some of their wings....they were blobby and pink in the middle. We all ordered chicken and a kids meal. All food was very spicy. We didn’t get a refund, or even they didn’t ask if we would like another food. So just left all the food on the table and left this space. Is it just a horrible....
