We had an excellent dining experience at this restaurant located right by the water. My husband and I were eager to try it out since we both love seafood. My sister ordered the Chicken Parmesan while my husband and I enjoyed the Crab Stuffed Fish. For our appetizer, we had the Firecracker Shrimp with coleslaw, which was delicious. The sweet tea was also fantastic. My husband ordered a Dr Pepper Red Tide cocktail, and I had the Back Porch Tea. We were so full that we didn't have any room for dessert, but everything on the dessert menu looked tempting. We were seated at a table with a lovely view, which made the experience even better.
This restaurant wasn't the worst I've been to, but it's definitely far from the best. We stopped by while attending a conference in Mobile. The food was on the pricier side, the portion sizes were average, and the fried dishes were lacking in flavor. The mac and cheese, which had received a lot of hype, was a disappointment—it tasted like Stouffer's. The camp salad had a unique twist with heart of palm, which reminded me of artichoke, although it wasn't nearly as delicious. I won't be returning.
What great fun Alabama gulf coast theme restaurant! A huge place with gray views out to the gulf of Mexico. The crowds are huge but the place is still plenty quiet to be able to hear your conversation The staff is highly trained and efficient. Our server, Amanda O is literally the best server we've ever had!! The menu is wide and varied, full of fresh fish of all sorts. You name the fish and they've got it. The seafood gumbo was delicious. The seared tuna was perfect
Awesome dinner!! We were here a year ago and had an excellent lunch, this time we had dinner and it was just as delicious as we remembered. We made a reservation on line and requested a waterfront table if possible, we had a front row view of the sun setting. We started with the soup trio(gumbo, crab, and turtle) all are amazing. Then we both had the crab stuffed whitefish, for sides we had Caesar salad, baked potato, sautéed mushrooms, and brown rice. Everything was Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I visited this restaurant last night and it was truly a hit. We began with the oysters on the half shell, which were absolutely perfect. We also tried the fried crab claws, and they were quite remarkable. However, the highlight was their signature fried platter, which was incredibly generous in size. It included fried fish, oysters, green tomatoes, and shrimp—all of which were superb. I highly recommend stopping by to experience this place for yourself!
We were here on a Friday lunch. It was slammed. We ate a full meal in the bar area. Excellent team service. Synchronized service with working managers! Had gluten-free cornmeal breaded oysters?tender and excellent. Batty seafood platter also scrumptious! Abby was extremely pleasant. Soft-shell crab, crab soup and fried green tomatoes prepared perfectly. Kudos!
