wanted to eat small, 1st info by service staff: no problem, everything available. when I came in, I almost stumbled over a klempnerkasten, at the rear right in the guest room a nice work place' incl. jackendepot and computer by personnel.In the second start the info that the day soup - due to low guest utilisation - was unfortunately not made.Due to the moderate interest to use a gas and the bad ambiente I then went back without consumption. the regret of service personnel remained, it seems that you don't need to have guests.....Confirm: bad ads for saas fee, can saas fee afford such a thing? a single pair of passengers, which had been blessed at 12.30 a.m., seems to be the answer to it.
we ordered 1 saaser suppe (bouillon) and 1 portion audinli baked with a raclette. it went good 15 minutes until the drinks (apple choirs) were served! After about an hour waiting for the food we were told that the suppe went out and also unclear whether the Hörnli are still served! the same thing happened to all people on the bounced terrace!We and many, many other people who reacted to the partly very upset then went without eating something.We have never experienced this before and cannot understand that the management has not stood and the guests have oriented over their obvious problems!It was a bad advertising for the Swiss gastronomy!
Not being a fan of huge tourist mountain top restaurants (which are usually overpriced and serve horrible food) and neither ones that you have to wait to be seated (which mostly have unfriendly and stressed waiters due to too many people,) we found the restaurant Felskinn which is neither of both. Yes, it offers a choice of the typical dishes but everything is freshly made and served by attentive waiters. They even take the time to have a chat with you. What a pleasant experience! And if you like dessert, I absolutely recommend their delicious chocolate cake.
Ich war hier zweimal und fand es sehr ruhig und friedlich mit atemberaubender Aussicht. Der Service war sehr gut und freundlich. Obwohl es teuer ist, essen viele Leute hier und das Essen sah sehr gut aus. Wir haben nur Suppe gegessen, um die Kosten zu senken, aber sie war sehr lecker.

Guter Service. Wir sind nur hierher gekommen, weil wir auf die Seilbahn warten mussten - wir wissen, dass diese Orte normalerweise nicht so gut sind (es gibt Ausnahmen). Wir saßen auf der Terrasse hatten Wein heiße Schokolade - nicht billig.
If you ski or hike in Saas-fee, you can stop there as there terrace offers a wonderful view on a glacier. The food served is more than correct, the service is fast and it offers a wonderful value.
