Good day, I am writing to file a formal complaint against one of your employees, Caroline Sibley. I am appalled by her behavior on two occasions. My husband visited with our daughter to request a refund for a product. Caroline insisted that someone needed to inspect the product before considering a refund and asked him to return another day. She repeated herself in a rude manner, as if my husband did not understand her the first time. She instructed him to leave the product and he was not provided with any proof that the item was left in the store. He was extremely displeased with her attitude and asked me to return next time with him. I returned today with my daughter, and Caroline’s behav...
popped in for a little bit of breakfast coffee and cake, the advertised coffee and cake not available, the coffee we wanted didn't come with the offer, the coffee we got was cold and bitter the breakfast consisting of 4 items took three quarters of an hour to come to our table, so long that we finished our coffee and cake... when I said to the lady she told me they have to be done in order, not the most helpful and not a patch on squires, shame really.
The customer service at this restaurant was absolutely appalling. I witnessed a young boy who was working hard despite a long waiting queue, while two older ladies sat and chatted without acknowledging him. It's unacceptable for employees to be treated this way. The young boy was very helpful and patient, and should be commended for his efforts. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this establishment due to their unprofessional behavior.
My first stop for Christmas decorations every year. Huge selection. Helpful staff. Can’t recommend enough! Thanks to the Manager this week for helping stretch my budget for 4 work Christmas trees and make it work as best it could! As I was driving past I visited the store today hoping that it will be open for business. I was quite bluntly told by one of the staff that just because we can open from today doesn't mean we will be open. Surely there is a better way to speak to your loyal customers. Disappointed ????????
well laid out and a good selection of plants, seeds and pieces for the garden. good selection of kies, that is what took me first and left me with kies and an unplanned purchase of a rose. worth a trip.
