Perfect 1st experience for 1 unique occasion, The Departure in Very Great Holidays! My wife... an exceptional place for an exceptional moment... Back a few times later for our third visit and this time again... Explosions on the palate and carnival of the flavors that can be enjoyed fully in calm and space... een mooi interieur, stijlvol en netjes, met een groot venster dat uitgeeft op de binnenkoer met terras en potplanten;vriendelijke bedieninglekker eten, porties eerder aan de kleine kant, en de afwerking van de smaken kan soms beter, soms wat weeë smaken. Er liggen heel veel verschillende ingrediënten op het bord, dit vraagt wat tijd wat ten koste gaat van de temperatuur bij het opdienen.goede, maar prijzige wijnkaartgoed restaurant, maar voor die prijs kan men beter eten in Cassel
Installés dans cette "sentinelle des Flandres" ainsi nommée par le général Foch qui en avait fait son QG pendant la première guerre mondiale, Catherine et Jean-Luc Paulhan proposent une cuisine fraîche et inventive dans le décor raffiné et contemporain d'une belle et authentique demeure flamande. Le service, bien que soigné et professionnel gagnerait, et c'est le seul bémol, à être moins lent. Des prix doux pour une adresse savoureuse.
Nous étions 8 autour d un table bien mise. Le repas était de qualité , les assiettes chaudes et joliment décorées . Nous avons modifié notre réservation sans problème L accueil pourrait être un plus chaleureux. L équipe de service était réduite aussi le service était un peu long , nous avons passe 3h30 à table et il manque un peu d ambiance/ vie . Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Very nice establishment. Very beautiful setting and cuisine, quality and refined. A very good time to share, very good value price. The dishes are succulent and very well presented, the agreement proposed with the wines is very well also.
