Ferme Auberge des Trouilles

This is what eating out in France used to be about. Great, local ingredients, well cooked and plenty of it. You order a menu and each course is brought to you in a huge dish for you to serve out. Again, all in the traditional...style: soupe, pate, salade, duck breast with sauté potatoes, cheeses, chocolate cake and then ile flottante I hadn’t had it for years. A bottle of red is brought to your table and then refilled as needed and it just kept on coming, all afternoon. A wonderful long french lunch under the shade. Wow!!

Interesting eclectic menu. Nothing fancy but with the Indian food on offer a definite step up from your average diner. I'll go again for sure.

Food good but upgrade the restaurant look lol. Great breakfast and Indian food
