We had an excellent lunch at the Ferme Auberge du Claud which is on the list of references from the Le Panyol oven manufacturer.The owners of the restaurant were very accommodating and gave us a lot of tips on the construction and how to use the oven for bread, meats, vegetables and other products. Basically anything can be cooked in the oven, amazing.We started with a apéritif of a sweet white wine with strawberry liquor which was very tasty.The food was excellent, starting with a starter of a poached egg, white asparagus, home made salami and fresh fava beans.For the main course we had two choices pork stuffed with a basil and walnut pesto and I had the lamb tagine, both of which were exce...
