The place is in a village without amenities but close to a larger village. Friendly welcome by the owner followed by a pleasant drink of aperitif. We were well advised for a romantic dinner nearby because the restaurant is not open in the week. The place is pretty charming at 2 steps from the equestrian center. The rooms are spacious but old-fashioned, the colors would be to refresh as green apple, pink fuchsia, sky blue ... are really unadapted for the place that is the farm body. The reception is warm, the room is spacious and the decor is rustic with its old beams and stone walls; there is a good temperature and more the establishment has guest rooms (which I have not tried, but which promise a quiet rest in the countryside, close to a small river, the 'Ancre,' (but who knows it? . The map is that of a crêperie , you can taste all kinds of galettes at the buckwheat, all equally appetizing (with Chaource and, of course, with the famous Troyes pillow ! . We had a family weekend in late January. warm welcome, very friendly restaurant with varied dishes.
