Ein echtes Highlight unserer Parisreise: authentisch und gut. Ältester überdachter Markt in Paris mit einer großen Auswahl an Speisen: von französisch über marrokanisch, chinesisch zu Burgern und Sandwiches, italienisch und libanesisch. Mein Favorit heute: ganz versteckt im letzten Winkel ein karibisches Resto mit typischen Speisen der Antillen: colombo, boudin, d'acras de morue und dazu ti-punch und madras. Wir kommen garantiert wieder und testen die anderen Lokale. Mittags sehr viel los und man hat es schwer, einen Platz zu bekommen, aber das Suchen und Warten lohnt sich.
