We discovered Fetta's more than 12 years ago, on our first visit to Cairns and we returned a couple of times over the following two years. After a decade of absence, we were really pleased to find it's just as good as we remembered. Stopping in for a late lunch, we opted for the set-menu lunch meze which, at $25 a head, was excellent value. A trio of dips (eggplant, tzatziki, taramosalata) launched the lunch, accompanied by a generously filled basket of truly excellent pita bread. The saganaki was delicious, though the ensuing calamari proved to be the only uninspiring dish of the meal - not super tender and not outstanding in flavour. Visited with my friend for dinner while in Cairns. The food was simple but well done and good value for money. We shared some pitta (tasted freshly baked - probably the highlight for me!) and hummus to start then split the veggie moussaka and spanakopita. Everything was very tasty and good portion sizes - we left feeling very full. We both ordered mojitos to drink which unfortunately weren't good, but when we told the waitress we didn't like them her supervisor came over and offered to change them for something else. Great food and reasonably priced. Myself and two friends visited this restaurant to end our holiday in Cairns. We did not have much experience with Greek food so opted for the set meal. The food was delicious and plentiful with a great variety of different meats and seafood. Service was very good and we brought two bottles of wine which we were kindly not charged any corkage fee for by our waiter. Would highly recommend to anybody visiting Cairns! :)
When we visit cairns we always include a stop at Fettas Greek Restaurant for a lovely night out with good food. We usually have a banquet meat which provides a small sample range. While its not the most abundant Greek banquet we have had it was pleasant and well priced, I can certainly recommend a night out here.

Just had the banquet meal at fettas. We chose the $35 a head banquet. Food was tasty,with a great variety of flavours. Dips bread sapinaki fresh salad and meats. Finished off with greek coffee and sweet treats such as baklava and a custard type dish in filo. Would highly recommend. Will certainly go there again.
Went to Fettas Taverna on our last night in Cairns. The food was excellent - we had Zorbas Feast. Wait staff were very accommodating. Atmosphere was great included greek dancing, plate smashing and complimentary ouzo.Will definitely go back next time we are in Cairns
We have not eaten here for over 12 months, and we have been coming to this restaurant for over 10 years. We were very disappointed on the night we went. The food was over priced and not as good as I remembered.
A local venue in the heart of the city. Quality food and attention to detail. from seafood to carnivor offerings. The choice is yours. Staff are well trained, service is excellent and wine choices are great.

An old establishment, food was just ok nothing stand out, service was a bit slow at times, price is a bit high for these sort of place
I liked this restaurant. Very traditional with good simple Greek food made with fresh ingredients. Not overpriced.
