From the moment I walked in, everyone I encountered was friendly. The bartender even went out of his way to find a block so that I could charge my phone because I only had the wire portion. Additionally, there was a drink I was interested in but that was best served frozen but I didn’t want a frozen drink a my knowledgeable bartender recommended a different drink that was similar but was meant to be served on the rocks. He was absolutely right because the drink he served me was delicious and exactly the flavor profile I was looking for. I can’t wait to come back. Javier was my bartender and he was a gem. He’s a main reason I’d like to return.
After a long string of bad service (at other restaurants) we considered not going out to eat tonight. We were relieved to find The staff and food at this Fiestas to be amazing! I believe our servers name was Jamie and she was quick and friendly and wewant to thank her for breaking the chain of bad service we have experienced our last few outings at other restaurants. The foodwas fantastic but that is nothing new for this local Mexican chain.
Food was straight bussin. The salsa was actually spicy and not that v8 tomato juice. I had some concerns with the cultural appropriation when it came to celebrating birthdays with a sombrero. The food was served piping hot, and the grilled vegetables and shrimp were cooked perfectly! The fajitas were fantastic. The waitstaff were very attentive. I would certainly come back!
