We were in Cuenca on August 11 and 12 and we went two nights in a row to have dinner at Figón where both the attention of the staff (out of 10) and the dinners were the best. We recommend the ajorriero, the suckling pig chops, the Andalusian gazpacho and for dessert the mango sorbet. Although everything was spectacular, that's why we went back. If we return to Cuenca, we won't hesitate to visit Figón. By the way, the views from the terrace and the spectacular atmosphere.
We went to celebrate our anniversary, and we had the pleasure of being served by Ana. Ana is a crack. We tried several dishes but my favorites were the goat cheese salad, some aubergines stuffed with crab, and the flan for dessert!! I recommend : Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
