I?m so mad at myself I waited so long to try this great restaurant! I wasn?t sure how good it was going to be since there were so many mixed reviews! It?s definitely a solid 4 Stars! The menu itself, and the unique flavors each dish had was 5 stars! I didn?t rate it 5 stars because my salmon entree was kinda soft and the skin to it was mushy. That could of been because the salmon was frozen then defrosted. Fresh caught salmon should be firm and the skin to it with a slight crisp. Another reason I couldn?t give it 5 stars is because dinner was served without any forks, knives, or spoons. I had to grab some from the table behind me so we can eat our meals. The Bang Bang cauliflower was coated in a delightful sweet chili sauce, while the mac and cheese was rich and decadent—exactly as it should be! For our main courses, we ordered swordfish and salmon. Delicious food and very attentive and friendly staff! With all things COVID going on, it was nice to enjoy a nice night out in beautiful Summit under the tent with the staff taking turns and working together constantly to take care of us. The restaurant has an appealing ambiance and the staff is friendly, although they occasionally seem to rush you. While I'm willing to pay New York City prices for exceptional food, the offerings here didn't quite live up to those expectations. The oysters were good, but the octopus was uninspiring. However, the side dish that accompanied it was excellent. The seven-spice big eye tuna was enjoyable, and the Thai rice was just average.
After visiting the Papermill Playhouse, we decided to dine at Fin and had a wonderful experience. We loved the ambiance, the food, and the friendly staff. I ordered the lobster sliders, while my wife chose the German-style mussels, and both dishes were fantastic. The staff was welcoming and attentive in a professional manner. The restaurant's decor creates a delightful seaside theme that added to our enjoyment.
We always enjoy dining at this restaurant. The staff is very friendly, it's a BYOB establishment, and the food is incredibly fresh and delicious. The specials are consistently a great choice. The portions are generous, and the flavors are delightfully sweet. I highly recommend it, especially during the summer when you can sit outdoors.
If you like fish, this is the place to be. Nice modern ambiance, great service, good raw bar selections and lots of appetizers. Great food! Parking is just in the area. BYOB. We forgot to bring wine, but we could order a wine through the restaurant. Oysters were fresh and my sushi roll was amazing. Hard enough to be a dinner
