First, let me begin by saying that the owners and employees are great. Very friendly and welcoming, and many are local names and faces... Teacher, Barber, High School students, etc... which is so beautiful to see. As far as food is concerned, I am really picky when it comes to meatballs and sauce, but this place makes them both with authentic Italian taste. The wood-fired pizza is also brilliant with a large crust. We had meatballs, long hot peppers and ricotta and we will definitely be back for more. So happy to have this supplement in the city! We were lucky to sit at 5:30 a.m. on a Friday, but I guess you have to wait a while for a table in the future to get out of the word, so plan ahead...
Tonight was our first visit to Fino. It was absolutely amazing. Best pizza we have had in a VERY long time. The food was absolutely delightful and the staff are soooo wonderful. It's a great laid back atmosphere, and totally kid friendly. If I could, I would give Fino Wood Fired pizza 10 stars. How could we not becoming regulars!? Nothing else compares. A slice above! The prosciutto panini is excellent, with a perfect balance of flavors. The fries are incredibly crispy and flavorful. The service is top-notch and the atmosphere is great for a dinner setting.
