This amazing restaurant is serving up, some seriously tasty northern Italian dishes! Our server arbor gave us the most impeccable service. Bringing a variety of drinks! And also some olives and cheese to snack on while we peruse the menu. We start off with the grilled eggplant. It was absolutely delicious, very tender, and the cheese just melted in your mouth! We also had some delicious lightly fried calamari, I love when it's not too heavy. We then enjoyed some heavenly grilled scallops over zucchini, extremely tender! Some chef here is obsessed with rosemary. It's all over everything and it's not called out in the description of the dishes. We had a sliced filet mignon and there was rosemary on it. It was cooked perfectly, but the rosemary overpowered the dish. The octopus appetizer had rosemary. My chicken thigh entree special had rosemary. Rosemary, rosemary, rosemary. If you're going to include such a strong herb in the dish, you have to warn people. We're not the kind of people that send dishes back, so it was very disappointing. About that chicken thigh entree: It was like $30 for a couple of boneless thighs and a few potatoes. For chicken thighs??? I guess people in Summit don't go to the supermarke...
The restaurant is lovely. Very likely bar scene with lots of people enjoying a tasty drink. My husband and friends had our drinks at the table before dinner. The table was situated at the end of the restaurant against the back wall. We did get a nice tour of the restaurant on the way, however, don't think I would want to sit there again. The appetizers were very good. We ordered octopus and a salad. Entrees were pasta and veal scallopini. All food was so delicious.. We will return but may not on a Saturday night. Fiorino is by far the best restaurant of Summit
This has an upscale Italian ambiance. Friendly and knowledgeable bar tender served us. Cocktails were well made and tasty. The Octopus appetizer was flavorful and a large portion. The veal scallopine was similarly a large portion with a nice light sauce, sautéed spinach and potatoes. The pappardelle was delicious with a light red sauce. A very good experience and one I hope to repeat.

Great food, great ambiance! pasta was homemade, the apps were delish! Loved the octopus the portion size was large, the snapper was delish! The service was spot on. We ordered the cake bread wine which was perfect for the meal. It was a business dinner and we were able to talk. The dessert was perfect topper to the evening. We shared and a bite was all you needed!

Everything about this restaurant is top notch. The service, the food, the drinks, everything is great everytime..getting a reservation is tough for good reason!
