We have driven past this restaurant for years and now I know why. We ordered a pulled pork sandwich and a half pound sampler with pulled pork and sliced brisket. The sandwich arrived with chopped pork and my sampler had chopped pork and chopped brisket. I asked for the brisket to be replaced which she happily did. The service staff were very friendly and quick. When my plate was returned, I found what I can only describe as “pulled” brisket. I smoke brisket and pork at home so I know a little about both. I've been traveling around the state hitting bbq spots with my brother and frankly most of them are not good including the so called championship team spots. While fire it up isnt Austin bbq they are definitely the best we've had so far.I only have a few minor critiques. The jalapeno cornbread needs a lot more onion and jalapeno in it. The collards are too sweet and they need another green or low carb option in their sides.I love that it came without sauce; good bbq does not need sauce and all three of their available sauces were quite good.There wasn't much of a smoke ring but the flavor was there. Definitely worth trying
Most excellent!! I love some really good bbq. It’s hard to find sometimes, especially good bbq. This place has been here a hot min and I never tried it. Well I sure am glad I did today. Got the pulled pork sandwich with fries and sweet bbq sauce. Most excellent and the bun it was on was tasty too. Thank y’all so much!! If your in the mood for good bbq y’all, it’s definitely worth stopping by and chowing down on. The service was excellent too and very friendly!!

We picked up food to go. The BBQ was wonderful, Okra good. We got a 1LB of pork, but they gave you no BBQ Sauce, it had to be bought separately????? I could understand if we wanted a whole bottle, most places will just give you a plastic container of sauce. We were really just wanting a few small sauce cups with a couple of their sauce flavors to try as we had never been before.
My husband and I had lunch there and both became extremely ill. I was so sick I thought I needed to call 911. We both had a stuffed potato but with different meats so I can only assume it was the butter or sour cream that caused us to become so sick. I was in severe pain for two days. Marking this restaurant off my list of places to visit in Bartow County.
If I could, I would give it 4.5 stars. Food was very good, could have been a little warmer. BBQ sauces were very good. Tip mix traditional and hot together if eating in. Banana pudding was really good but didn't have and Nila Wafers in it. Service was outstanding.Food: 4/5
I absolutely love the bbq nachos. I've come here a few times and it's the only thing I've eaten other than the Mac and cheese.Never had a bad experience and the staff is always so polite.Food: 5/5

Pulled pork platter was fantastic. Love the coleslaw. The beans were great, it’s hard to find a place where they put more then beans in the dish, and this place does, yum yum.
