Firehouse Subs - Tisch reservieren

Came in yesterday around noon. Only two employees working. Waited about 20 to 25 minutes for two subs. Not sure what was going on but tow or three people came in after us and received their orders. The gentleman behind the counter never apologized for my order taking so long. Serious staffing problems

i love firehouse i go to the one in river all the time but WOW you guys r slow i waited from 7-7:10 and it’s now 7:31 and i am still waiting and all i want is my sub and there was no one ahead of me hell i alr ate all my chips i was so hungry

They only staff 1 person at a time, so good luck getting your already-made mobile order quickly because the one team member is busy making other orders. Management failure at 5:45 pm

Employees were polite and got the food out quickly. Their freestyle machine has some nice options and the restaurant was very clean.

Great Italian sub. I see they have a pepperoni pizza meatball and chicken parmesan meatball sub that I'm looking forward to trying.
