This restaurant is unacceptable. It's my second time ordering here, and you would think that after the terrible experience I had the first time, I would have learned my lesson. I figured it might have just been an off day, but the second experience was equally disappointing. The food wasn't fresh, the bread was stale, and it tasted like it had been sitting out for at least two hours. I advise against ordering from this place; it seems the staff doesn't take pride in the subs they prepare. I understand it's not the most glamorous job, but they could at least put in some effort while they’re working.
If you're looking for the best sub sandwich you'll ever taste, you have to try Firehouse Subs, especially the one in Ocoee. It's located next to a Publix shopping center off West Colonial. The food and service are fantastic, and the turkey bacon ranch sub is a favorite among everyone in my family!
This sub was incredibly delicious! All the flavors combined beautifully. I savored every single bite.
