The lack of phone responsiveness at this restaurant is incredibly frustrating. It’s nearly impossible to place an order over the phone or online. Despite having a subpar online ordering system, the restaurant continues to operate. Even when we tried to order in person, the staff seemed indifferent to the ringing phone. After several unsuccessful attempts to order by phone, we decided to go online. Unfortunately, our simple meatball subs, which were supposed to be ready by 6:30 PM, didn’t arrive until an hour later. The staff explained that they had to make more meatballs due to a busy day, but when we finally got our subs, they were still cold. We ended up having to reheat them in a toaster...
I Ordered The Veggie on Wheat Bread. It was The Best Damn Sandwich I?ve Ever HAD! I got it Delivered and Called FireHouse to Tell Them to extra toast it and to include their Delicious Sauce and they did NOT disappoint. My Sandwich was Delicious and Hot! they went above my expectations! if you want a BIG mouthwatering Sandwich Do not Hesitate to Order from Firehouse Subs ! There is no other place like FireHouse!
I received raw chicken and had to wait 20 minutes beyond my scheduled pick-up time. It's hard to believe they can mishandle such a simple process. The staff always seems to be short-handed; they spend more time chatting with each other than focusing on their work. Almost every time I get my order, there's some kind of mistake. This Firehouse location might be the worst in the entire state.
The restaurant wasn't busy at all, yet it took 45 minutes to prepare three sandwiches. When I inquired about the wait time, the staff was rude and began to complain about my question. I tried to request a refund instead of waiting for the sandwiches, but the cashier rolled her eyes and refused to assist me. I definitely won't be returning to this place—it's just ridiculous.

It has been about 5 years since I've visited a Firehouse Subs. I've always loved their sandwiches and was very excited to see that they have a small sub option available. The sandwich was great, as always, but I rated lower due to the pickle experience. The sad little pickle should not have been served, it was nothing more than a shriveled up piece of pickle flesh.
This restaurant has extremely slow service. If you’re willing to wait around for five hours to eat, this is the place for you. They also don’t inform you when your order is ready, and the food isn’t very good. Additionally, the short Black lady at the counter has a bad attitude.
I recently visited with some friends, but unfortunately, the cashier let us know that they couldn't take any orders for the next 15-20 minutes due to being severely understaffed. As a result, we had to leave. Owner, please think about improving your staffing levels!
There was no customer service for pickup orders. There’s a sign in the pickup area stating that the chips are included in the bag and not to take them separately, but I didn’t receive any chips at all.

I ordered a sandwich, chips, and a brownie from Dug Nabe, but I only received the sandwich. It shouldn't have been so hard to get the order correct.
The New Yorker dish is fantastic, featuring a salad and tomatoes that are beautifully blended with a smoky firehouse sauce. It's truly impressive!
