Key Details out of for a sandwich shop Dine in OK GOOD clean, good service BAD price just okay, quality just okay I hit the Firehouse before a movie. I got the Smokehouse n cheese and potato soup. The soup was good (recommend addingincluded crackers for thickness) The sandwich was a bit over priced for the size (8.79) and a little under flavored. It wasn'tbad but not great. Maybe Id try another mix. For taste and price Id go Wawa, but if you want a sit down experience, Firehouseis worth a visit.
I opted for the Turkey Bacon Ranch combo, and as you can see from the picture, it was quite disappointing. Fortunately, thanks to the T-Mobile promotion, I only had to pay for my cookie and drink, so I didn't express my dissatisfaction to the staff. To sum it up, this would have to be the last place on Earth I would choose to visit again.
It's pretty sad when you can't make a standard sub that's on your menu. I asked for salt pepper oil and vinegar added instead of doing that you put raw bacon on my sandwich(didnt even ask for bacon, nor did it come with bacon) thanks. That's why you guyswork in fast food
I usually like firehouse subs I just didn't enjoy my sub on this visit. It wasn't well made or anywhere near the great sub that I once knew loved. In fairness I have to revisit them once more in hopes that their quality has not changed for the worse.Let's hope not.

Firehouse is a national chain, so you can expect consistent and reliable food. However, the staff at this location tends to change frequently, and they can be a bit rude at times. Despite this, the food they prepare is satisfactory.
Had a coupon for a free sandwich with purchase of another. Sandwich was ok, nothing really good or bad about it. Not good enough to guarantee I'd go back, but not bad enough that I'd never go back either.
Good shop..clean...food always made correctly. BUT the pulled pork sandwich ?is 110% a mix of minced and chunked Xmas ham. I mean i guess TECHnically thts still pulled pork?

What a disappointment! I should have just gone to Subway instead. At least there I would have received a warm welcome, and the food would have actually had some flavor.
That was a great sub and a good sized sandwich. I'll definitely be going back again
