The staff was awkward and didn't have any gluten-free bread available. When I mentioned my allergy, they suggested white bread instead. I wasn't offered a refund until after one sandwich had already been prepared. They also failed to inform us that they were low on all types of bread until after I had made my purchase.
I always enjoy a firehouse under, but for some reason this time it was strong down through mayonnaise, which was very liquid almost like water. Even the pickles were so old they should? ve was thrown away and not passed on to the consumer. Honestly, this is the worst experience I have? ve had in a firehouse Franchise

So I go into this Firehouse Sub at 3:00 in the afternoon ordering almost $40 worth of food then I'm turned away because all I have is $100 bills it seems to me they just didn't want to do any work they're sitting around so you lost a customer and I'm fat so I eat all the time Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

I haven't visited FHS for years, but my husband likes it, so we went to dinner. I have half a turkey bacon ranch sandwich with one side of Mac cheese. The sandwich was delicious and the pasta was nicely hot. I have to get a little fire hat, Lol.
They never answer their phones. Not sure if the phone system is broken but I have tried on multiple occasions and never get an answer causing me to eat elsewhere or go to the north location that does give good service and answers their phones.
I love Firehouse Subs! I get a little different of the Hook and Ladder and they always get it correct. The meat is fresh and the bread is soft. Service is always really good. And who doesn't want to help firemen?! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The food is great and reasonably priced. My only concern is that the staff could be a bit friendlier. However, I understand that working in customer service can be challenging!
