We had a wonderful experience at Firehouse Subs today. On our last visit, we didn't stay long due to a disappointing encounter with both the food and the staff. However, since we love their subs, we decided to give them another chance. The new manager has made a significant improvement; the restaurant appeared clean and inviting. The staff was attentive and offered generous portions of subs. We’re excited to report that everything was fantastic this time!
I had my first experience at Firehouse Subs today, and it was fantastic. I unexpectedly bumped into an old friend I hadn't seen in years, only to discover that they are the owner. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.
The food was incredibly fresh and delicious. My daughter and I enjoyed dining here for two consecutive days. The staff was very friendly, and the ambiance was fantastic. Jalen has a wonderful personality!

The staff was incredibly friendly during my visit, but the restaurant was a complete mess. It seemed like they weren't even attempting to clean up the lobby.
The oatmeal cookie tasted pretty stale... yuck! However, aside from the cookie, the sub was fantastic.
