A little short Love eating at Firehouse Subs and the food is always great. What 's overlooked at this location is the small details. As others have mentioned, there is no Welcome to Firehouse! greeting when you come in the door. Only one or two people were in the place when i walked in, and several noticed me while standing behind the counter. Other small details that take away from the overall experience are things like a missing cabinet door by the drink machine, with boxes hanging out of it that don 't fit. Or empty napkin holders on the table, when they should not be empty so early in the day (just after opening time). Even the front counter where orders are taken is so cluttered with it...
The employee told us that the store manager told him to honor only 1 Valentine 's Day buy one sub with chips drink/get one medium sub free coupon per group. The coupon, as emailed, literally spells out, one per person, NOT one per group. The employee refused to also honor my son 's coupon, because I was using my coupon. I asked if the manager was there, he said yes, then when I asked to speak to the manager, he said the manager wasn 't actually there. He asked if I wanted both subs with everything on them, I said yes, but then when we got home to eat them, they did not have lettuce, tomatoes, or onions as requested. The subs were very skimpy on ingredients overall.
They gave me the wrong order , Woman was rude about it , and the young cashier apologized . she is new) And the manager was rude because I asked him if they have a coca-Cola , Look at me like I?m stupid He said call the company and order it , And thenthey asked me to buy another half sandwich and wait again for my food instead of replacing it . Would?ve been fine and Iwould?ve paid the difference , I left a sandwich and a drink and the money I left , Will never eat that again , or any firehouse subs ,
I haven?t eaten here in a few years not for any bad reasons it was just out of my way and I didn?t remember if I liked it. Turns out, I love it! I didn?t know what to get and I had Brandon be more than happy to help me out! He was great and gave a thorough explanation on the subs to help me make my pick! The subs were delicious and what I was craving for. Definitely going to come back more than I was before. Friendly staff and good scenery with even better food.

Don't listen to that Manny guy. I've seen him come in several times and harrass the staff and other customers. In his review you can see he's taking photos of them not in uniform and getting mad when he receives the same attitude he gives out. He's yelled and insulted the staff here several times and is crying because they won't take it lying down. This place is filled with wonderful people who can make mistakes just like any other location.
Delicious food, friendly staff and relatively quick. There were lots of first responders eating here so it felt quite authentic. The kids meals come with a cheap plastic fireman hat that the kids love. It's in the strip center sandwiched between Discount Tire and Home Depot. There's a handful of shops here. This one is toward the west end.
Great place to come after a full day of shopping at cypress outlets. I usually go to the food court, but getting outside of the outlet is less crowded and cheaper. This place is clean, the staff is very friendly. My steak and cheese, and the smokehouse beef cheddar brisket were awesome. I never been disappointed by the quality and taste.
I had such a great visit today. The customer service was a 10/10 everyone was so kind and that’s rare! I’ve been going for years and this was the first time I had a great customer service experience! I’ll definitely be back! Thank you guys!

I can't say enough good things about these sandwiches. People are fascinating ball!!! There's the big guy, the little woman and the girl with long hair, super friendly smiles as I went in. Get back!
Place was a complete mess! Trash cans were overflowing and every table was dirty. I have never seen this place this dirty. Makes me think again if I will order from here again.
