This is a great place with an incredible flavor. I'd suggest a couple of things though. Once we arrived (during Covid) we saw that we could order online and they show the website to do so in a sign placed at the entrance (you can see that in one of the pictures I included). At least from our phones (my wife's and mine), it didn't work. We lost some minutes, more people came in and we ended up entering the restaurant to order after a longer line, The second thing is that the same sign suggests the possibility of ordering by phone, but no phone number included. Other than that, which is just a sign improvement, we enjoyed our take out meals.
I would give a 5 star for everytme i visit except for tonight.. ordered 2 full subs and one kids sub. Sandwiches were terribly dry even asking for extra sauce on the subs the Cajun chicken lacked any cajun flavour even with the chicken and the mayo beingCajun No mayo or any sauce on my kids sub just meat cheese and bread Employee asked if he wanted pickles with our order and saidno problem 3 pickles on there way as we ordered takeout and they never came with order and even marked NO PICKLES on bag Havealways loved firehouse even being the most expensive sub place but would give a 0 star for this evening. Disappointed
Food is good the 2 times we have been. The issue here is the service. No one really acknowledges you are there unless you get in their face waving your arms. The speed at which the sub is made is atrocious!!! 2nd time we ordered ahead and it still took another 20 minutes past the time it said it would be ready. That's 40 minutes to make 2 sandwiches??? Did you nurture the turkey from a young age, slaughter and cook it to order? Geeeeezzzzeeee!
Friendliest staff and best experience. Excellent quality gluten free menu options which I really appreciate! The decor is a fun firehouse-inspired industrial which really completes the experience when dine in is available. I stop here every time I pass though Peterborough! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
This restaurant is definitely among my top three favorites, and I highly recommend it. The food is incredible and satisfying, the staff are friendly and helpful, and I'm really glad I gave it a try. I will definitely be returning!

Ordered on door dash and the bread was covered in water??? Soaking wet and completely fell apart. Didn?t even get a refund. What a terrible restaurant.

My first time ordering the turkey bacon ranch . It was not bad but didn't really taste the bacon flavor in the sandwich. Service was great .
