The food is good, but I was extremely disappointed with the service and won't be returning. I tried calling multiple times to place an order, but no one answered. When I went to the restaurant, I had to wait in line to order. Once it was finally my turn, the cashier asked me to wait while she assisted another employee with food preparation. When she returned to take my order, I requested a turkey sub, only to find out that they were out of sliced turkey and she didn't have time to slice any. I left without getting anything. I really wish she had informed me about the turkey situation before making me wait. There were only two other customers in the store, so it wasn't like they were overwhel...
The food here is excellent, and the ingredients in my sandwich were all fresh. I appreciate that part of the revenue goes to support firefighters. However, I found the sandwiches to be significantly smaller compared to those from competing sub shops. I visited at 5:45 a.m., and there was no line, with only two people in the entire dining area. The staff behind the counter were friendly and courteous. It felt either like it was a particularly slow night, or the smaller sandwiches might be the reason for the lack of customers, as I noticed there were more employees than patrons.

We specifically choose firehouse subs for our lunch. Crossed Columbia Avenue and good drive traffic to get there. Upon walking in to the restaurant we weren’t greeted with a hello, we were greeted with a “we’re working on a huge catering order so you won’t be able to order a sub for 20 to 30 minutes.” Our question is why couldn’t the catering order be paused for two subs? I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else looking for lunch at firehouse subs.

Firehouse is the best place to get a sub in my opinion. The location is exceptionally clean and the staff is super friendly. The last part I ordered was the New York Steamer. It is full of beef and pastrami. The meat is so delicate and full of taste. All their hot parts can also be served cold. The meatball lower part is also from this world. They won't be disappointed.
Great option for some great subs! They have a nice selection of quality meats, produce and cheeses. We as a company use them from time to time for a our lunch meetings and our team is always excited when we do so. We are never left feeling hungryafterwards that is for sure. Would recommend this place to any individual and or company for a food option!

I ordered a sandwich that came with bacon. Paid for it and then was told they were out of bacon! Server mumbled about something they could replace on it. I had to ask him 3 times excuse me can you say that louder . Service extremely slow. Need an adult in there to show kids how to work. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch

Food was wonderful as usual. I really miss the ability to sit down and eat rather than pick up and eat in the car, but it's still a great sub! The Italian, fully loaded, is still the best sandwich on the menu. Tried to do meatball and pepperoni and it's good but I'll be going back to the Italian in the future.
