Firehouse Subs Maricopa Marketplace

We have ordered several times. We will not use the local Firehouse again. Would rather patronize the locations in Chadler or Tempe. The Maricopa location is operated quite well when the owner is present. Unfortunately it seems he no longer works weekends. Our visit this past Saturday was similar to the last four visits. We called in our order at 12:45 and arrived at 1:10. Four subs. The order wasn't ready. We were one back in line at the register but waited 10 minutes because an employee was being trained during a Saturday lunch rush? Previou visits were lost order and/or incorrect order preparation. Enough is enough. We're Good!

Went there with my kids. Was very disappointed with the sandwiches and for the prices. Ordered 4 sandwiches and they don't label them so you don't even know what sandwich is what. I did not have a good experience. The mac and cheese was steaming hot for so long my daughter could not eat it.
