The lack of respect at this point is disgusting. I also want to note that professionalism is not there. To the young woman with all Hickeys over her neck. You look rough and where is your self-esteem. If you work in a facility, you represent them and see how evil your neck looked just shows how you treat this workplace. Also to sue my husband before him in his lunch break shows not only how disrespectful you are to another person, but shows the lack of self-respect. I visited your establishment this afternoon and was appalled by the way your staff treated a customer inquiring about the childbirth program, which is advertised on your website. A woman named Sarah Bush, who appears to be a regional manager, was exceptionally rude and unhelpful to this client. In my ten years of experience in customer service, I have never witnessed such behavior, nor would I ever condone it. It was disturbing enough to diminish my appetite. This is not acceptable conduct in customer service. The customer did not deserve such treatment, especially being threatened on top of everything else. Subs were so greasy that both my husband and I felt queasy after we ate. Potato soup didn't have 1 potato in it and tasted like it was a powdered soup mix. Overall, TERRIBLE. Definitely won't be back or recommend
