I like Firehouse Subs. But today's visit was not what I expected and remained hungry. I agree with some of the other reviews, do not order by Uber Pickup. I then announced my order that it was ready. I went during my lunch break and expected to pick up my order. I was not welcome, I was not recognized. They were busy filling other orders and I was waiting for help for 10 minutes. Nothing. I cancelled my order by Uber because it took too long. Please do not tell me that an order is ready for pickup drive there then have to wait. Don't be ordered again from this place.

What happened to this place ?! We use to love coming here the subs were always delicious! Tonight, it was disappointing. It was not busy in there at all. Our subs were very sloppy and definitely not the normal standard for presentation or the amount of meat you use to put in the subs. My husband asked for mayo and cheese only but it seemed they either put mustard on it or used the same knife as a previous sub that did have mustard. Sadly, we probably won?t be back.
The food here is always awesome. The store is always clean because they?re always cleaning whenever they have a moment. Another reviewer mentioned that they are not wearing masks while they?re working and it?s true. Seems a little odd they would be especially with the Covid cases going up like crazy again. Tiffany is one of the best service providers i have seen. She welcomed everyone into the store. She welcomed each of the oncoming shift employees as well. She brought napkins to the table and even offered to refill my drink for me. She called the customer by name when she spoke to them. Tiffany is very courteous and respectful. Cant ask for much more than that.
Ordered 2 big sandwiches $25 extra salad. When I came home, there was no salad. Tiffany is very rude. She shouldn't be manager of any business. Never again. My favorite restaurant is the Kissimmee fire department store. Very clean and the manager is EXCELLENT?
What can I say about Firehouse Subs that isn't already widely known? Great portions, awesome flavor, great service and if you didn't have a reason already... A really good reason to take a nap
