I only had a 30-minute lunch break and decided to grab a quick bite at this restaurant. However, when I sat at the front register, I was completely ignored for about 5 minutes. No one welcomed me or even acknowledged my presence. Instead, the staff continued making sandwiches for other customers without even looking towards the register. After waiting for 5 minutes, I ended up leaving without being served. It was frustrating to waste 15 minutes of my lunch break driving to the restaurant and struggling to find a parking spot in their terrible parking lot, only to be completely ignored. I would give them a 0 for service!
