I really enjoyed my experience at this restaurant! The build-your-own sandwich concept is fantastic, and I loved trying out different hot sauces. I ordered the Cajun chicken sandwich, and it was absolutely delicious. The history behind Firehouse Subs and the decorations are also impressive. The firefighter uniforms and boots add a unique and charming touch to the decor. This was my first visit, and I will definitely return. Great food, friendly and courteous staff, excellent service, and the place is wheelchair accessible, including the entrance and parking lot. There is also ample parking space and a wheelchair accessible restroom. I highly recommend it!
I tried the Firehouse Hero today for the first time, and it definitely won't be my last! It was hands down the best cold cut sub I've ever had! I give it a full five stars! I'm already planning to get another one next weekend! The service was excellent, and my sub sandwich was ready in no time. Plus, it was the biggest one I've ever had and was loaded with plenty of meat and toppings! I’ve decided I won’t be going anywhere else for my sub sandwiches! I went to the one in Largo, MD, right next to Sweet Frog Ice Cream at Woodmore Center Drive!
Very disappointed, First of all I have given this place 5 stars in the past, and it was well deserved. Service was excellent, and it was very clean. But now I was disappointed one of the main staples and selling points of firehouse subs was the thick peppercorn bacon. Which on the last 2 times coming here I was cheated with the cheap paper thin bacon that you get that all reasturants buy to cut and save money, and in the process lose the thing that sets them apart from other businesses. BRING BACK THE PEPPERCORN THICK BACON !!!
Nikki is super!!! I requested a two-day catering service for my job. She helped me decide which sandwiches and lots for my team. She was extremely professional and pleasant!! The supplier (I forgot his name) was on time every time. Thanks to the excellent service I tipped with the highest price!

Haven?t been to a Firehouse in a long time and it was quite refreshing to visit again! Nice clean location and friendly staff. I must say the packaging elevates the sandwich to another level! Will definitely be back

A firehouse steak and cheese ordered. I was greeted when I went to the door. The prices are reasonable and you definitely have a first-class crew working here. Food was excellent!!
Great service. Order was ready on time. So tasty. Love firehouse! So much better than all the other chain sub shops, wish there were more.

I ordered a lot of food poisoning from a chicken base here. I had to call Dizziness so badly. But better than subway.
I've never had a bad sandwich from this place. They're always delicious!
