Nice and comfortable seating. Cashier got my name wrong, but the sub chefs got it correct! I was impressed by the chef's observation and attention to detail. Sub was excellent! Special trip for a special occasion. Yay! Well worth the stop! Vegetarian options: They have a Gluten-free bread option now! Yay! Vegetarian options, too. My kids Loved it there! I had an unfortunate experience at this restaurant. My friend received a glass of water before I did, so I asked for one as well. To my surprise, I was told that water is only provided to paying customers. When my other friend decided to make a purchase, they still didn't offer him a cup of water. He went to inquire about it and was told that my first friend received water because they were the 50th customer. When my friend called them out on what seemed like a lie, they bluntly admitted it. My friend then expressed concern about possibly fainting, and the staff simply shrugged it off, saying it wasn’t their problem. Overall, the service left much to be desired.
Very disappointed, First of all I have given this place 5 stars in the past, and it was well deserved. Service was excellent, and it was very clean. But now I was disappointed one of the main staples and selling points of firehouse subs was the thick peppercorn bacon. Which on the last 2 times coming here I was cheated with the cheap paper thin bacon that you get that all reasturants buy to cut and save money, and in the process lose the thing that sets them apart from other businesses. BRING BACK THE PEPPERCORN THICK BACON !!!
My experience was terrible. I simply asked for a cup of water, and they refused. When I mentioned that my friend had received one earlier, they claimed they track how many people get free water. I expressed concern about what would happen if I fainted, and they responded that it wasn't their problem. I will never return. Do yourself a favor and choose another place, like Subway, that treats its customers with respect. Meal type: Other.
The sub itself was just okay—not worth raving about. I much prefer Jersey Mike's! The bread was unpleasant; it lacked flavor and tasted a bit stale. I can see why they serve it hot—to mask the poor quality of the bread. The staff was somewhat rude and you could tell they were annoyed, but it's not my fault the cashier didn’t ask about my preference. It should at least be standard to inquire if customers have been there before!
Nikki is super!!! I requested a two-day catering service for my job. She helped me decide which sandwiches and lots for my team. She was extremely professional and pleasant!! The supplier (I forgot his name) was on time every time. Thanks to the excellent service I tipped with the highest price!
The food at this restaurant is amazing! I prefer to order online to skip the crowds, and my meals are always ready right on time. The meatball sub is absolutely fantastic! I go here about three times a week since my workplace is nearby. Overall rating: Food - 5, Service - 5, Atmosphere - 5.
