Went to the Firepit on Saturday night for the boxing match with a few friends, I’ve only been to Bingley a handful of times however never to the firepit so it was my first time visiting. The customer service was awful the man stood behind the bar was more bothered about watching the Match or chatting on his phone, after 10 mins of waiting me and my Friends were finally served I got myself a pint of Carling what tasted like dish water to say this was my first experience of the Firepit I won’t be returning just a lack of customer service and no likeable hospitality about the place.
I arrived early with some friends to watch a boxing match, but there were only a few people in the restaurant. I couldn't understand why it was so quiet until I was greeted with extremely poor customer service. The server asked me, "What do you want?" which was very off-putting. The second time I went up to the bar, I had to wait for 5 minutes while the bartender was engrossed in his phone. When he finally noticed me, he served me a pint of Estrella that smelled terrible. I definitely won't be returning anytime soon.
Was on a night out with my friends, dancing then all of a sudden i was grabbed by there staff taken outside and thrown onto the floor and choked, resulting in a broken finger. I have my own buisness in bingley where i work with my hands, this is absolutely appalling behavior. Do not go in unless you want to be abused by their staff!
I went to the fire pit after the festival my first time I have ever been what an time I had , the DJ was fantastic the staff was so happy and jolly I don’t normal go to nightclubs because the all are ull of chavs but the firepit had such a good mixture of ages and no chavs thank you for making my night the best guys

We had a great time enjoying some good music at this restaurant. It was a quiet night when we visited to play pool for the first time. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning for another visit.
I came here with my boyfriend not having any idea what it would be like but can honestly say this were the best night out I have been on since lockdown!!! Staff were amazing and the vibes were unforgettable! The DJ had all the right music too!! Would highly recommend
I would not recommend the place is full of chavs no dress code on the door young arrogant customers and outside is just full of people taking gas never again !!
Amazing evening, with affordable drinks and great music. Can't ask for more! Definitely coming back soon, probably on a Saturday.

Bad pub not very good staff and don’t serve you right don’t recommend going there terrible not good .
