EVERY BAD REVIEW IS ABOUT THIS PLACES TERRIBLE TRAINING AND SERVICE PRACTICE. Service was not good. The staff shows no social skills or positivity, they were simply not personable. They weren't welcoming. I know some clerks have bad days but we mustutilize attention to detail when taking an order. My eggs were not scrambled soft, they were more then well done. Same with theturkey bacon. I reluctantly ate my burnt egg sandwich. When a staff is unfriendly and they serve you burnt food you can't helpbut feel perhaps the poor food preparation was intentional. While I was enjoying my time there, something unexpected occurred. A uniformed police officer walked down the counter and greeted me with a cheerful and sincere "Good morning." I quickly returned his greeting and observed as he took the time to engage with every employee behind the counter. It was clear he knew everyone and genuinely cared about them, which really impressed me. Typically, police officers have their favorite spots to eat, so I found it remarkable how comfortable he was here. The mutual respect between him and the staff was palpable. "First Class" is the perfect name for this spot, as their bagels are absolutely delicious. Whether you opt for the classic bacon, egg, and cheese or stick with a simple cream cheese and butter, you'll find the portions generous and the flavors fantastic. Most importantly, the bagels consistently taste fresh, even if you're arriving a bit late. The coffee is pretty good too—a large iced coffee could easily power a jet! While the service can be a bit slow at times, the high quality of the food makes the wait worthwhile. Plus, there's a convenient parking lot right out front, making it easy to come and go.
I brought these bagels to some friends in Virginia, they were stale and rock hard. I asked the young 19 year old to try and get some fresh ones he said none of these are fresh so I had to settle. Worst bagels I 've had in NY. Ashamed to bring them down. I probably wouldn 't complain if it hadn 't been for the fact that I tried to call and put in my order for two dozen bagels over the phone, but was told by the young kid that I had to use an app or come into the store as they don 't take call in orders. I live out East and stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, but I would definitely come back. It's a clean and pleasant space with plenty of seating. A really sweet woman with dark hair and blue eyes greeted me warmly. She even laughed about the smear on my bagel! The coffee was piping hot, just as it should be. The bagel was delicious, and the vegetable cream cheese was fantastic. I give it five stars!
The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and the staff is very friendly. However, I wish they would be a bit more generous with the cream cheese. When I order a bagel with cream cheese, I expect it to be spread generously—enough that the two halves aren't even touching. That’s what a proper bagel with cream cheese should look like!
This cozy little spot is perfect for breakfast and lunch, featuring a small dining area. You need to place your order at the counter first, and then they’ll bring the food to your table. They also offer a selection of pastries for anyone with a sweet tooth!

I was charged almost 20 for a chicken salad wrap and a regular drink. First time last time I'll ever visit that rip off average at best establishment. Spend your elsewhere . ???? not worth it!!
