We visited this First Watch location last weekend and had a nice breakfast. The food was good, if a little plain, and the service was very friendly but not overly touchy. I did want to immediately note here, though, that when chatting about what we were going to order (picking a side to share) we realized we had two different menus. Mine had lower prices and calorie counts and was missing a few items, plus a few of the descriptions were different. We pointed it out to our server, thinking it would be helpful for him to take the old one out of circulation but he just shrugged and put it back with all the others so just be aware that the menu might not be fully accurate!
I visited this restaurant for lunch on a Thursday afternoon and was seated right away. However, after nine minutes of waiting, the waitress attended to a group that arrived after me. I approached the manager to express my frustration, but instead of addressing the issue, she merely defended the waitress, suggesting there might have been a mix-up and mentioned their system. Frustrated, I decided to leave. It seems that the service industry has declined significantly, with a lack of care and attention to customers. I had intended to stay for lunch just to leave a penny as a tip, but ultimately, I didn’t stay, and I won't be returning.
First let me start by saying this place is excellent. Now my complaints is we met there today for breakfast and a brief meeting and was ask to leave after Eating because the table was needed for another party, and we were still drinking our drinks! Of course we felt some kind of way but got up and left is there a certain time you have after ordering your food to leave? To add on I am a valuable customer and I have been supporting First Watch for years. Gavin was our waiter and he was very good but, he was not the person that ask us to get up it was a young lady.
I will start by saying I do enjoy first watch, but I tried to place an order over the phone, understanding that there is an online ordering system, but I wanted to use cash. When ordering online of course you do not get that option. I was given A speech over the phone as to why they could not take my order because they were busy when in the time it took for the employee to give the speech, he could’ve taken my order. Loved going here for breakfast. It was rather packed but that should be expected. I had the lemon ricotta pancakes. They tasted great. Next time some more strawberries wouldn’t be bad. Also got the watermelon lime juice. I’ve forgotten the name. It wasn’t exactly my favourite but I’ll try something else next time
Oscar took care of us during our visit. This is our new breakfast spot. You will not be disappointed. Everything was freshly made from the drinks to the food. Can't wait to go back. Well, I already have been back but forgot to post.
Wonderful and cute little farmhouse-esque cafe! Staff were incredibly friendly and the food was delicious! Got two seasonal items: Honey Caramel Crunch Iced Coffee and their Pumpkin Pancakes I'd highly recommend both!
Nice choice of omelets and I liked that the pot of coffee is left on your table so that you can get a refill or top-off as soon as you'd like it. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
