First Watch IS one of the best breakfast places in town! I’m not sure why, but I had gotten it in my head that First Watch was way overpriced for what they serve, because the restaurant feels so fancy and boujee, but even though the second part of that statement still stands, I was completely wrong about affordability! The feeling of a First Watch is kind of barn/ farmer chic. It’s almost industrial mixed with ranch house style, and it works very well. All the food is served on these beautifully painted ceramic plates, and they have different options from your average breakfast joint. Their food is quite good! Great location. Wait time was roughly 20 minutes once you’re on the waiting list. The server was amazing and the presentation from the juices to the food was on point. First Watch rarely disappoints but this is a good one to stop at when in the area before going to the parks.
The family enjoyed Sunday breakfast today. I ate the Salmon Frittatta...others in the Belgian waffle, Egg Sandwich with Bacon and Chocolate Chip Pancake. I like the healthier choice... the cleanliness of the restaurant and the waitress was friendly.
Yummy breakfast, always as try different items on the menu. Great taste creations with drinks!
