489 has the best fish chips and seafood salad in the redlands, at the best price. we had a few problems with the personal to get the orders wrong when they take away so always make sure that they replay the personal and check before they. When I take a tipp away I a to order as they cook everything fresh so it takes some time when they wait.
My partner and I tried two burgers at this restaurant recently, one chicken and one steak, and we were extremely impressed. The fries were the best we've had in a while and the burgers were delicious. We highly recommend trying this place out. We will definitely return. This place has the best burgers and fries in town, no question!
Stopped in to get some hot chips for lunch for the family at home. I've never been here before I wasn't disappointed!! The service was great very friendly, we didn't have to wait long for our order, serving of chips was a great...size they were great!! Beautifully seasoned, crunchy, hot fresh! in all reality we thought that our eating was almost a 5 but could not quite themselves give this score. the fish (cod) was very generous in size and delicious. potato scallops fantastic, burger not quiet perfect but very good. chips were. also almost perfect. can't blame the service. We dine at this restaurant once a month and the value for money is unbeatable. A family of four with hungry teenagers can enjoy a meal here for around $60 and still have leftovers to take home. The chips and salads are also delicious! We will definitely be returning!
Ordered takeaway Hamburger Meal and it was the best I have had via takeaway from a chip shop!! Bun was fresh the produce in the burger crisp and so fresh! Chips are very yum!! Would definitely go back!!
We stumbled upon this restaurant for lunch while traveling south. The fish and chips were excellent, and the server even brought some extra seasoning for my chips. Definitely worth a visit!
