I come from South Georgy in the United States, where you can’t get your high school diploma before knowing how to fry a fish. it’s one of the best fried fish I’ve had for years. We divided an order of the original and French style and both were incredible. Spread fresh tartare sauce is my approach. I would also recommend ordering the curry sauce to fry. a wonderful departure between steak fries and pizzas typical of both!
