When booking asked for an outside table. When arrive told that there was no note requesting an outside table but no apology from Maitre d’ ushered to a table set for 4 entree quick an d tasty watched ?senior waiter stand around when 6or7 meals...waited to be taken to tables had to ask for fresh cutlery and when mains would come nobody asked if we required more water ,drinks or other while we waited.there were of course empty tables outside all throughout or stay food fantastic service from maître d’ and ??head waiter Appalling table waitress happy but not supported by senior wait staff
sent to fish dvine for men 54th birthday. ordered the seafood plate for 2. very expensive at $155 dollar. fish tasted as if it had come from a super market from the frozen section, do not utter fresh as they could taste the soles and they were...not attached to the dish, calamari was crumbed and tasted like gum, garne were muddy, the only positive was the cut salmon. far too expensive for what we have will not return.
We loved this place so much we visited twice in our 2 day stay. We ordered the seafood tower day 1. Soooo good. Next up shared the Prawn Tacos which we’re a stand out. And later shared the seafood basket and the fish curry which...were both excellent but the meals were a little too big for our appetites. Lovely staff, really pretty and fresh. A must do!!
Not a bad experience but a mishap along the way serving 2/3 meals being served at first due to mishearing the order. As there were 3 people it should have raised a question of there were only 2 meal orders. Otherwise service was good. Bugs...were good but paring with the salad seemed a bit off. we visited in august and heard Rave reviews on our list of restaurants in airlie beach. the food was sensational, the service was excellent and the cocktails were from this world. we had a combination of escapes, meals and desserts and. owe nothing.
have been distorted here and advised about eating .. so my friends brought here and eating was terrible and the service was not much better .many staff on all just stand around and embrace each other and not really worry about the guests.
we ate there for lunch and the food was very good. I thought to come back later in the week and was greeted by very rude external servants who were too busy talking so that we stayed for another place.
We dropped in for a quick lunch before catching our shuttle back to the airport Fish curry was very tasty huge portion we shared between 2, with a side of yummy garlic bread. Attentive staff Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Was good value for money. An option could’ve been a choice of grilling the fish, and would’ve prefer the bugs hot. Fish was super fresh and would have it again.
