My wife absolutely loves this place. There aren't many dining options near Hilo Bay, which makes this spot a real gem. Unlike typical hole-in-the-wall restaurants, this place has a more polished vibe and offers some uniquely delicious food choices. I highly recommend the seafood pasta dishes; the fish is fresh and tasty. They also serve a beautifully juicy burger, making it a safe choice for those who might not be as adventurous with their food. The full bar offers a selection of fun cocktails, and I personally enjoy starting with a cookie and drinks as an appetizer. The waitstaff is incredibly friendly, and our water glasses were consistently refilled, making it a great place to hydrate aft...
We ordered korean style garlic bread and classico pizza, both were great! The chili flakes they give on the side went so well with the pizza sooo delicious, so cheesy. I'm not sure what's so korean about the garlic bread though.. but it was nice. My strawberry smoothie was great, my hubby's latte was bad. In our opinion it tastes worse than a nespresso coffee you make at home but it's $6.. maybe we are not used to their beans yet. There was this one server doing everything, he was a machine.. respect! 4.5!
We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! However, the portion sizes were a bit too small for my 7-year-old son. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed everything, including the burger that my son wasn't interested in. The burger was seasoned with a delightful mix of herbs that we loved, but it was a bit overwhelming for him. The volcanic fog salad was absolutely fantastic; I can't wait to return and have it again!
The food was great and the service was quick. I really enjoyed the soft, hot garlic bread. The pizza was delicious, especially with the crushed red peppers—it was perfect! The pasta had a lot of flavor, though I think it could have been cooked a bit longer for my taste. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place if you're in the mood for Italian food. Cheers! LOVED IT! Delicious! It's a little pricey but I loved all my food. I got the Heritage Pork bolognese and it was really good. The Korean Cream Cheese Garlic Bread was to die for. My friend was not impressed with her Seafood Medley, but mine was so good, I am not taking away points for that.
Very good service. Nice drink. The seafood Medley risotto was absolutely delicious, could have used a bit more lobster in it however. Very recommended and I would definitely return. Come there early because they fill up quickly.
