we have rellies that live here close to us and it is a simple way to find for a pub meal. the meals are consistently good super large portions, cooked on request, and the staff is very friendly. on our last trip here in february 2018 we had steak puzzles, lamb-cops and a mixed grill plate. all were pretty tasty and all huge in size! we ordered at 7:45 a.m. on a Sunday that was not a problem, but the workers waited for us to finish our meal so they could clean up and close. So our only tipp would be if they pampered here on Sunday, they try to target at the latest 7 o'clock.
I had really low expectations for this place (as they know that someone was shot before some weeks. the old chestnut) and my expectations were fulfilled. the prices are for a pub in logan far above the top. I have a fish basket. everything on this plate was clearly out of the freezer. the “Scallops” were only seafood extenders in the form of scallops. the fish was dry and edible. the kalamari and garnel were not too bad. on the plus side the parts were large. my partner got a steak and it was cooked well. have not been going back
I tried the "Chicken and Chorizo Penne Pasta" and it was amazing! The portions were huge and absolutely delicious. I give a big thumbs up to the chef for adding chilli flakes. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning. A special shout out to Kassanah who never stopped smiling - keep up the good work! Overall, I give the food a 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 4.
the culinary experience in chatswood hill tavern reminds me of the experience in this ice cream. it was another eating under the promo of happy day 50% off bill. we went there in a group of three. the place is not as beautiful as chatswood hill tavern and so food standard. the steaks were perfect, but pan-seared salmon was overcooked. if not because of the half price deal, we could not return for business

went to the sports bar to hear under cover blonde play, the place was clean and had friendly staff. there was a bar person named jay, the excellent customer service, he went beyond and beyond to fix a false communication, and we will be grateful forever. in any case would recommend the place.
I went to this pub on Friday during lunch service for my first time dining in and it was a lovely laid back atmosphere! Staff were very friendly who made sure everything went well. Overall top customer service. What made it even more bliss is meeting more random kiwis!
I had the beerbatter fish with chips and salat. this $26 for 2 pieces frozen fish and chips with salat. the fish was brown in the oil saturated. it was not a pleasant meal.
Stopped in to get a lunch special, great atmosphere, great feed, vibrant and beautiful bar man, definitely be back for a dinner night soon
