Because one of the staff members did me wrong, I rate 1 star. The rest of the staff however was kind, respectful and helpful. I simply ordered a milkshake, took me 30min to get it...when the person who ordered right after me got his right away. I triedto ask the staff member who prepared the milkshake for the following customer to do the same for me... he just looked mestraight in the eyes and ignored me. Had to result in asking another staff member. An unnecessary hassle for an overpricedice-cream. Won't be ordering a milkshake from here again unfortunately.
Double cheese bacon! I think that's all needed to be said but incase you think 2 patties isn't enough you can say triple...or extra patty. Truth be told I have been an old school Five guys eater and I have never asked for a milkshake. Maybe oneday! Wait! I think a vegetarian can have the fries!! My dressing: Mayo,ketchup, mustard, onions, grilled onion, standards Iadd different condiments but those are the basics. Cajun fries are good. But really... double cheese bacon ???? ????
Fantastic service and knowledge. As soon as I said that I had celiac disease she announced that there was a wheat allergy and explained that I could get a burger in a lettuce wrap and they had a whole procedure. Also their fryer only houses fries which are fried in peanut oil, so the fries are also safe. All in all a great experience! Added bonus: the potatoes were from PEI today!

I really have no complaints, except some toppings that cost extra like bacon is pretty stingy to the point I may ask if they actually put bacon. Besides that quality and service is pretty consistent. Fries are quite expensive even though they load youup on portions. It you can dine in your food will definitely taste better, fresh Cajun fries are amazing!

I had my first experience at Five Guys the other day, and I can say it was fantastic! As soon as I informed them that I am gluten-free, the prep area was cleaned, new gloves were put on, and only one person handled my burger from start to finish!

Great service ambiance. The hamburgers and milkshakes are delicious. I?m giving a 4 because of the plastic straws and non biodegradable packaging. I think management can do better in this area.
My friends chose to have their salad with a burger and fries. Absolutely delicious. The only items that don't stand out are their buns, but the fries are incredible!
