As soon as I said that I had celiac disease she announced that there was a wheat allergy and explained that I could get a burger in a lettuce wrap and they had a whole procedure. Also their fryer only houses fries which are fried in peanut oil, so the fries are also safe. All in all a great experience! Added bonus: the potatoes were from PEI today!
