The staff asks if you have an allergy and when I tell them I have celiac disease they alert the people making the burgers. You can get your burger in a lettuce wrap or a bowl. I usually get it in a bowl and take it home so I can put it on my own bun. The fries are also gluten free and the Cajun fries are delicious!! The burgers are great as is the service
They had no issue wrapping the burger in lettuce, which I appreciated. They don't offer deep-fried breaded items, so that worked perfectly for me along with the fries. However, I would like to know more about the sauces available.
The burger patties are gluten-free, and the fryers only cook uncoated fries, so no breaded items are prepared. However, they will not serve the burger on your own gluten-free bun.

The restaurant is only celiac-friendly if you're okay with having a burger without the bun. However, the fries are excellent!
