It’s a rarity these days for good customer not to mention exceptional customer service. Well tonight Cody did not disappoint. He greeted us with a welcoming attitude. Offered different ways to prepare my order and then offered me water while I waited. He is an asset to your company. Great job Cody for making me a repeat customer to Five Guys. Be blessed in whatever you endeavor to do with your future.
This location takes way too long. I've already been waiting for 20 minutes, and there's only one person ahead of me who had been waiting when I arrived. Now it's been 25 minutes. It's ridiculous. The picture shows an empty store with just a few customers who have already been served. It's disappointing.
Real good burger, all the way. Filling. Hot. I did get a little soggy when I got home. Milkshake was good, little expensive for the size. Parking in O.C. was hard. Overall great place, not for a regular basis.

Can order your burger or hot dog with whatever toppings you want without costing extra. Fries always are hot and good with plenty extra. Shakes are good too.
